ELECTRONIC MUNICIPAL MARKET ACCESS (EMMA)
EMMA was created by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) to provide free access to securities and data for municipal bonds. Through the site, you can view and download official statements and disclosure documents, and retrieve trade price history for individual muni securities.
In addition, you can access market information including offering calendars, market statistics, and yield curve data. If you sign up for a free account with EMMA, you can even upload a list of your municipal bond holdings and receive alerts and notifications when information on your bonds is updated.

FANNIE MAE DUS DISCLOSE
Fannie Mae created the DUS Disclose website as a resource for investors interested in the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) they originate. You are able to look up and download in-depth data on individual DUS bonds, set up an online portfolio of current holdings and receive notifications of changes to your bonds due to deliquency, paydown or collateral and prepayment changes.

AUDIBLE
I love to read. There is nothing more enjoyable to me than getting lost in a good book. It doesn’t matter if it’s fiction or non-fiction.
However, my schedule doesn’t always allow me the time I would like to catch up on my reading. That’s why Audible is an important part of my personal toolbox.
Audible let’s me listen to great books when I might not otherwise have time. Whether it’s driving to and from work, exercising or working around the house, I can stay on top of my reading. In fact, I’ve enjoyed many bestselling business and finance books on Audible. I highly recommend it.
